While many enjoy using our private Facebook group to ask questions to other parents of multiples, some may want more privacy. You can submit an anonymous question OR suggestion here and an MBFOM executive will post it to the Facebook group
You are responsible for monitoring the group to see when your question or suggestion comes up. You will be not be notified since we are not collecting any contact information from you. All questions submitted will be posted unless they do not adhere to our Facebook group guidelines of conduct found below.

MB Families of Multiples – Members Only Facebook Conduct & Content Guidelines
In keeping a positive experience for our members, Manitoba Families of Multiples (MBFOM)
board members reserve the right to take down photos, comments and other material deemed
inappropriate or irrelevant within the MB Families of Multiples Facebook group. This includes,
but is not limited to, vulgar language, disturbing photos, angry or aggressive behavior toward
fellow group members. If someone continually violates any of our house rules, we may block
that person from further participation. Content not permitted in this group includes:
- Profane, defamatory, offensive or violent language
- “Trolling”, or posting deliberately disruptive statements
- Attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual
- Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs
- Links or comments containing sexually explicit content material
- Discussion of illegal activity
- Spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices
- Acknowledgement of intent to stalk an individual or collect private information without disclosure
- Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
- Content determined to be inappropriate, in poor taste, or otherwise contrary to the purposes of the forum
Posters of content deemed inappropriate or irrelevant will be notified and given a chance to
offer an explanation for their first violation of the rules and guidelines. Posters’ second violation
will result in a three-month suspension of MB Families of Multiples Facebook group access.
Third-time violations will results in a ban from the group.
