Rum Balls

1/2C     butter or margarine

1 1/2C  icing sugar

3/4C     chocolate chips

1Pkg     chocolate wafer crumbs

1          large egg

Pinch    salt

2TBSP   dark rum

Combine butter, chocolate chips, sugar and melt in a medium pot. 

Beat eggs in a bowl and add the salt. 

Add to the butter mixture in the pot. 

Stir until smooth and thick. 

Remove from heat, add the rum and chocolate crumbs.

Let cool overnight in the fridge. 

Roll into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles.

Store in the fridge.  These also freeze well.

Grand Marnier and Kahlua also work well in place of the Rum.
