We are looking for active MBFOM members to join our team for the 2025/2026 year which runs September to June.
As a member of the board, you can help shape the MBFOM. As a board, we work together as a team to achieve the overall goals of the MBFOM.
All board members are expected to attend the monthly meetings (usually 3rd Monday of the month at 7:30) and be available to volunteer at the semi-annual sales. Currently, meetings are a hybrid model with some in person meetings with the option of joining virtually.
The following positions are available:
Public Relations & Discounts
- Attend monthly meetings (usually 3rd Monday of the month at 7:30)
- Be available to volunteer at the sales
- Manage MBFOM Member Discount List; ensure up to date and acquire new discounts
- Source prizes for MBFOM Fundraising events, prize draws
- Distribute MBFOM materials to relevant hospitals, community health offices that support pregnant multiple parents/new parents
- Manage fundraising campaigns (i.e. Mabel’s Labels, Tru Earth)
- Assist in creating and printing promotional materials for MBFOM
